We recognize both the world of finance and consulting are extremely challenging career options to pursue and remain committed to preparing talented undergraduate students for the journey ahead. In less than five years, the JumpStart Advisory Group has expanded our undergraduate membership to well over 2,000 students, nearly 100 academic institutions, and over 600 participants in our Annual Diversity Forum. As a result of our model, we have helped hundreds of talented candidates receive job offers and launch very successful careers. The JumpStart UGrad Diversity Forum is an intensive two and a half day learning experience for select undergraduate students with an interest in careers in finance, consulting, and technology.
