We recognize both the world of finance and consulting are extremely challenging career options to pursue and remain committed to preparing talented undergraduate students for the journey ahead. In less than five years, the JumpStart Advisory Group has expanded our undergraduate membership to well over 2,000 students, nearly 100 academic institutions, and over 600 participants in our Annual Diversity Forum. As a result of our model, we have helped hundreds of talented candidates receive job offers and launch very successful careers.

The JumpStart UGrad Diversity Forum is an intensive two and a half day learning experience for select undergraduate students with an interest in careers in finance, consulting, and technology. Participants will gain tremendous insights about these industries through workshops, case studies, networking with industry leaders, and learning from their peers.

What's New in 2018 Diversity Forums

  • JumpStart UGrad Finance 2.0 Session
    As part of the 2015 UGrad JumpStart Diversity Forum, we have built a customizable experience for those applicants that have a stronger interest towards financial services and technology. If your post undergraduate aspirations are leaning towards a career in Private Equity (PE), Investment Banking (IB), Asset Management (AM), Research, or Technology; the Finance 2.0 Session was built for you. If you are an applicant that has held an internship in banking, accounting, finance, or technology be sure to take advantage of the opportunity. During the special session, select participants will be given the opportunity to immerse themselves in their desired career track (PE, IB, AM, Research, or Technology). In addition, each student will work and network with industry professionals and decision makers, and get a significant edge over the competition.
